A human-centered clinical decision support framework (DB-ATRG) combining model-driven triage and automated report generation for mammography. Fine-tuned MedGemma 1.5 (4B) using QLoRA on DMID and VinDr-Mammo datasets, achieving an ACR Density Accuracy of 0.7039, ROUGE-L of 0.8650, and METEOR of 0.9001. Captured 100% of high-risk malignancies (BI-RADS 4 & 5) within the first 20% of reading workload and shifted severe case mean rank from 42.8 down to 3.
PrePrint DOIModeling Wound Healing
A computational medicine framework simulating Retinal Pigment Epithelium (RPE) wound healing to explore therapeutics for Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). Simulated cellular purse-string contraction and repair mechanisms using a Q-Potts model in CompuCell3D, utilizing Monte Carlo methods to quantify healing dynamics and accelerate therapeutic discoveries for vision preservation.
RepositoryEnhanced PINNs for Cancer Invasion
Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) and operator-based solvers simulating cancer invasion dynamics for computational pathology and clinical decision support. Integrated partial differential equations (PDEs) directly into neural network training to model collective cell migration, leveraging Fourier Neural Operators (TFNO) to enable stable, physics-consistent prediction under low-data constraints.
RepositoryMorphological Feature Analysis (RPE)
An automated biomedical imaging pipeline extracting cell morphology and texture features to identify aging biomarkers in RPE cells. Developed a stacking ensemble classifier (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost) to achieve a 90%+ cross-validation F1-score in detecting age-related changes, providing critical insights for preventive strategies in macular degeneration.
